Trust advocate
Each interested employee, student or doctoral student has the opportunity to report any mobbing or discriminatory activities they feel to the Trust Advocate.

Mobbing
Actions or behaviors related to the employee or directed against the employee, consisting in persistent and long-term harassment or intimidation of the employee, causing him an underestimated professional suitability, causing or aimed at humiliating or ridiculing the employee, isolating him or eliminating him from the team of colleagues.
Discrimination
Any unequal treatment of a person in a situation comparable to another person, where the motive for unequal treatment is in particular one or more of the following characteristics: gender, age, disability, race, nationality, political beliefs, trade union membership, ethnic origin, religion, sexual orientation, and also due to employment for a fixed or indefinite period, as well as full-time or part-time employment.
Discrimination on the basis of sex is also any undesirable conduct of a sexual or gender-related nature with the purpose or effect of violating the dignity of a person, in particular by creating an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating or offensive environment against him; this behavior may consist of verbal or non-verbal actions.
Trust advocate
The first contact person whose task is to monitor, prevent and consider at the mediation stage of the process of counteracting mobbing and discrimination of disputes on the basis of mobbing or discrimination at the Warsaw University of Technology
Registration
Each report of mobbing or discrimination to the Trust Commissioner should include:
- description of actions or behaviors that, in the opinion of the person concerned, constitute mobbing or discrimination
- indication of the name and surname of the person or persons who, in the opinion of the person concerned, are guilty of mobbing or unequal behavior / discrimination;
- indication of evidence confirming that the actions or behaviors presented by the person concerned have or took place recently, not shorter than one month.
Anonymous complaints will not be considered.
