Archive of Diploma Theses
In line with the requirements of Art. 167b of the Act on Higher Education, the University is obliged to collect electronic information about diploma theses and submit the theses themselves to the nationwide repository of written diploma theses. Therefore, the Warsaw University of Technology made the APD system integrated with the USOSweb system available to students, supervisors, reviewers and employees of the Dean's Offices.
Implementation of the diploma procedure in APD
- The Dean's Office enters (instructions in Polish):

- original title of the diploma thesis,
- name and surname of the Promoter
- Name and surname of the Reviewer
- After the diploma thesis is approved by the Vice-Dean for Teaching, each student logs into the APD system (login and password from the USOS system) and enters(instrukcja):
-
- abstract in Polish,
- keywords in Polish,
- attaches the work in the form of a pdf file
- and then submits the work for approval by the promoter through the APD system.
- Students who wrote their diploma thesis in a language other than Polish or who apply for a copy of the diploma / supplement translated into English also enter:
-
- translation of the job title,
- abstract in English
- keywords in English
- The promoter is obliged to (instructions in Polish):

- accepting the work
- attach the opinion in the APD system in the form of a pdf file
- The reviewer is obliged to (instructions in Poiish):
- attach an opinion in the APD system in the form of a pdf file.
