PhD scholarships
An application for a scholarship for doctoral students may be submitted by any participant of doctoral studies. The amount of the scholarship granted depends on the results obtained during the master's studies (applies to newly admitted doctoral students) or the progress in the preparation of the doctoral dissertation. Based on the submitted reports and documents (available below), ranking lists are created. The best doctoral students in each year can count on an increase in the basic scholarship. The decision to grant a scholarship is made by the Scholarship Committee at the beginning of the academic year.
A scholarship may be awarded to a doctoral student who has:
1) a positive opinion of the research supervisor (supervisor), taking into account the progress in scientific work and the fulfillment of the doctoral student's teaching duties,
2) a positive opinion of the head of the Doctoral Studies, taking into account the doctoral student's fulfillment of the obligation to pass lectures and seminars and a paper presented at the annual reporting symposium of doctoral students
The decision to grant an increase in the scholarship for the best doctoral students is made by the Scholarship Committee on the basis of the following criteria
